The Lebanon Valley Bicycle Coalition was first formed in the 1980s under the name Lebanon Bicycle Club, changing to its current name in 2008 when advocacy became a priority. The Lebanon City Government along with Coleman Memorial Park have contracted Simone Collins Landscape Architecture to conduct an updated Master Site Plan of the park so that the City can apply for future grant funding from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Department of Community and Economic Development.
