…Patchy Dense Fog Returns… .Low clouds and fog were reluctant to clear in some areas of Northern California Friday afternoon. Low clouds and fog began overspreading much of the Sacramento Valley, Northern San Joaquin Valley, and the Carquinez Strait/Delta areas Friday evening. The low clouds and fog are expected to persist into Saturday morning.
