After a Super Bowl block party that just spun out of control near Temple University, two suspects have turned themselves in, according to reports.
So far, 21-year-old Nicholas Faraglia, of Clifton Heights, and 23-year-old Edward Pearce, of Aldan, turned themselves in Wednesday night and are among nine suspects wanted in connection with flipping a car on the 1700 block of Arlington Street while a massive crowd filled the street last Sunday, sources confirmed to 6ABC.
