This was the week for dynamic duos.
Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett put out their second jazz collaboration album Love for Sale. The collection of Cole Porter standards is the follow-up project to their 2014 Grammy-winning album Cheek to Cheek as well as Bennett’s final studio recording.
Kane Brown and H.E.R. team up for their uplifting anthem “Blessed & Free,” which the Grammy- and Oscar-winning R&B hitmaker said in a Billboard exclusive clip is about “being grateful for the process, for the journey that is life. We’re always trying to get somewhere, but I think what makes it more special is the journey, and being grateful for strength, being grateful for still moving forward even in times where you’re in doubt… knowing no matter what happens, I’m still blessed and free.”
BTS and Coldplay take us out of this world and into “My Universe” for their new intergalactic music video, while Burna Boy and Polo G unite for their own crossover collab “Want It All” that offers a sincere reflection on how they rose to fame and how they can’t afford to fall from their pedestal.
