SAINt JHN took the virtual stage Thursday (Sept. 16) to headline the final Rockstar Summer Spotlight concerts available only on Billboard from now through Saturday at 6 p.m. ET.
The Brooklyn-based rapper/producer performed his 2016 hit “Roses,” which was remixed by Imanbek and later hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart and No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Roses” also won a Grammy in 2020 for best remixed recording.
SAINt JHN sang songs from his 2019 album Ghetto Lenny’s Love Songs as well, including “Wedding Day,” “94 Bentley” and the Lil Baby-assisted “Trap,” as well as “GOD BLESS THE RATCHETS” and “I Heard You Got Too Litt Last Night” from his 2018 album Collection One, with the Guyanese-American artist bearing the project’s cross cover art on his T-shirt.
Billboard’s current cover star and Latin trap singer/songwriter Karol G kicked off the Rockstar Summer Spotlight concert series with a performance dedicated to her recent studio album KG0516 on Aug. 30.
