Selena Gomez might not have new music for our ears, but she has brand new jewelry on hers.
On Tuesday night (Sept. 14), the L.A.-based indie rock band GirlPool, comprised of Avery Tucker and Harmony Tividad, posted two TikTok videos of their dinner out with Gomez, which took a turn when the group felt inspired to go on a mission to Build-a-Bear Workshop at the local mall.
“I’m gonna tell you why,” “The Heart Wants What It Wants” singer explained to the camera in the first video. “Nobody does this anymore. Like, going to get a Build-a-Bear is a huge deal, and we’re not kids. We’re like, ‘What does this inspire us to do?’ That’s what we’re doing.”
But unfortunately, once the group of friends hit the mall, they were unable to find the Build-a-Bear Workshop. So Gomez and the gang spontaneously got piercings instead, and the “Ring” singer proudly showed off her new helix piercing, even taking a selfie with the guy who pierced her!
The last time Gomez and GirlPool grabbed dinner together, they performed a rendition of Ariana Grande’s “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored” that impressed Grande herself. “CUTIES ARE YOU KIDDING @SelenaGomez LOVE YOU,” she wrote while sharing the video on her Instagram Story last month.
