Cuban-Chinese cellist and interdisciplinary artist Sophia Bacelar was born in 1996 and grew up between New York, Paris, and Berlin. Her travels and work have led her throughout Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, and Asia doing everything from bookselling on the banks of The River Seine to presenting and performing in leading museums and concert halls.
